S.I.C.A.M. S.R.L. (est. 1962) is a subcontractor company specialised in high-precision machining of medium-large and large pieces, including turning, milling, drilling, boring and grinding. The company is located in Cava Manara (province Pavia), in Via Turati, just a few meters from the main road. The plant (3,000 sq.m.) is equipped with two overhead cranes, with 6-t and 10-t lifting power respectively.
At S.I.C.A.M., we work mainly with numerically controlled machines (please see list further on) connected by cable to a central computer for the exchange of part-programs. Drilling can be carried out with special insert drills (Komet - Kennametal Hertel) up to 102 mm Ø and 800 mm length. A very large choice of spindles with modular program Walter Usap is also available.
